If approved, ROADWEST will provide an appropriate resolution (replacement parts, replacement unit, or refund/credit).

Shipping & Returns
Most ROADWEST orders ship from our U.S. warehouses within 1–2 business days. Standard ground delivery in the contiguous United States is typically 1–3 business days, with freight service used for oversized or extra-heavy parts.
- Shipping area: United States only (no PO Boxes or international addresses).
- Processing time: In-stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days, Mon–Fri.
- Delivery: Standard ground or LTL freight depending on size and weight.
- Returns: Most unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and our return guidelines.
- Costs: Original and return shipping are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue is caused by ROADWEST (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.).

The High Soar 24V Lithium Battery Charger is a high-output 30A, 1000W LiFePO4 charger designed for 24V lithium iron phosphate battery packs. It provides fast, stable charging for RVs, solar energy storage systems, trolling motors, electric yachts, forklifts and other 24V LiFePO4 applications.
Purpose-built for 24V LiFePO4 chemistry, this charger delivers the correct charging profile to help protect your battery investment and extend cycle life. The included alligator clips make it easy to clamp directly onto batteries with protruding terminals, allowing a quick and secure connection without extra adapters or tools.
A clear 3-color indicator provides instant feedback on charging status: Red/Green Flash indicates Waiting Mode, Red Flash shows low charging (below 80%), Yellow Flash indicates normal charging (above 80%) and Solid Green confirms the battery is fully charged (100%). Once fully charged, the charger shuts down automatically to avoid overcharging and help extend battery lifespan.
The charger integrates multiple layers of protection, including output over-voltage cutoff, over-current and short-circuit protection, reverse connection protection and input under-voltage shutdown protection. A dual-temperature monitoring system uses an external NTC sensor to track ambient temperature while internal circuitry monitors component heat to help prevent thermal runaway and improve overall operational safety.
For long-term durability, the 24V charger uses an aluminum alloy enclosure for passive heat dissipation. It is paired with an active cooling fan and optimized air ducts that significantly improve cooling efficiency, ensure stable operation under high loads and extend the service life of the charger. With its IP65 waterproof construction, it is well suited to demanding environments such as marine, outdoor and industrial applications.
