This Limited Warranty explains warranty coverage for heavy-duty truck replacement parts and accessories purchased from roadwesttruckparts.com.

This warranty applies only to products purchased from our official website and used in their intended application.

1) Who Is Covered

This Limited Warranty applies to the original retail purchaser who purchased the product directly from ROADWEST Truck Parts on our official website.

  • The product must be purchased from roadwesttruckparts.com.
  • The product must be used for the intended vehicle/application listed on the product page.
  • This warranty is not transferable to a later owner.

2) Warranty Period

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, ROADWEST/HIGH SOAR parts are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the original purchase date.

  • Some product categories may have a different warranty term.
  • If a different warranty term is shown on the product page, that product-specific term will apply.
  • If an item arrives not working (DOA), please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Shipping damage/missing package reports: within 3 business days of delivery
  • Standard returns (unused items): within 30 days of delivery (subject to return policy)

3) What This Warranty Covers

During the applicable warranty period, this warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, ROADWEST may provide a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund (see Section 7).

4) What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover issues caused by incorrect ordering, installation, use, or external damage.

  • Incorrect part selection or fitment mismatch
  • Improper installation, wiring, adjustment, or modification
  • Accidents, impact damage, road debris, or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic wear, fading, or corrosion from environment/chemicals
  • Use outside the intended application
  • Labor costs, installation/removal costs, downtime, towing, rental, or loss of income
  • Damage to other vehicle parts or property

5) How to Start a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item has a warranty issue, please contact us before returning anything.

  1. Prepare your order number and product information.
  2. Provide clear photos or video showing the issue.
  3. Include your vehicle details (year, make, model) if fitment-related.
  4. Contact us via our Contact Us page or email service@roadwesttruckparts.com.
  5. Wait for our claim instructions and RMA (if return is required).

6) RMA and Return Address

Please do not return products without approval. Some warranty claims can be reviewed by photos/video only.

If a return is required, we will provide an RMA number and the correct return address after claim review.

7) Warranty Remedies

If the product is confirmed to have a covered defect, ROADWEST may choose one of the following remedies:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable item
  • Issue store credit
  • Issue a refund of the product price (shipping fees may be excluded unless required by law)

Any replacement item is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from replacement date, whichever is longer.

Some issues may be handled under our shipping or return policy instead of warranty, depending on the situation.

10) Changes to This Warranty

We may update this Limited Warranty from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your purchase will apply to that order.
