We ship from two U.S. warehouses (California and Pennsylvania) so we can reach most drivers quickly with ground service.
- Most in-stock orders ship in 1–2 business days.
- Standard ground delivery is usually 3–7 business days depending on your location and the size of the parts.
- Oversized items like bumpers may ship by freight / LTL and can take a bit longer.

At this time, ROADWEST only ships within the United States. We do not currently ship to Canada, Mexico or overseas destinations, and we don’t ship to freight forwarders / export consolidators outside the U.S.

Yes. For some orders, local pickup is available from our West Coast (Hayward, CA) and East Coast (Hamburg, PA) distribution centers.
- Pickup is by appointment only.
- Wait for your “Ready for pickup” email before driving to the warehouse.
- Bring your order confirmation and photo ID.

After-Sales FAQ
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your package any time on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.
If tracking hasn’t updated for a while, give it a few hours, then check again. If you still have questions, contact us and our team will help investigate with the carrier.
If a package shows up damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the box, label and the damaged part.
- Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
- Contact us through the Contact Us page within 24–48 hours of delivery and attach your photos.
We’ll work with you to file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or other solution according to our Easy Returns & Refund Policy and Warranty terms.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we normally process refunds within 3–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method whenever possible.
- Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.
- In some cases (for example, expired cards), we may issue store credit instead.

Most ROADWEST truck mirrors, air springs and lighting products include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a set period (for example, 12 months from purchase). Warranty coverage is designed to protect you from defects in materials or workmanship, not from normal wear, accidents or incorrect installation.
If you believe your part has a warranty issue:
- Stop using the part if it affects safety.
- Gather your order number and photos or video of the problem.
- Contact us via the Contact Us page and select “Warranty / Defect”.
