Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment (depending on your location and carrier performance). What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page. If the order has not shipped, we may be able to update the address. If the package has already been shipped, address changes may depend on the carrier and may cause delays.

How do I confirm fitment before ordering?

Please review the product title, description, and fitment details carefully before ordering. We recommend checking your truck’s year/make/model and any OE-style reference information listed on the product page.

Do you sell trucks or only parts?

ROADWEST sells aftermarket heavy-duty truck replacement parts and accessories only. We do not sell trucks. Vehicle brand names are used for fitment/compatibility reference only. You can browse our parts collections here: All Collections.

Are your products new?

Yes. We sell new aftermarket replacement parts and accessories. Product condition, specifications, and compatibility information are listed on each product page.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

What if the part I received does not fit?

Please contact us first so we can review the issue and help verify fitment. If a return is needed, we will guide you through the process according to our Return & Refund Policy. Please keep the item in original condition and packaging until we respond.

How long does shipping take?

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. After shipment, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance. How much does shipping cost?

We are now offering free shipping to U.S.

Do you provide tracking information?

What happens if my shipment is delayed?
