1) Service Area

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

2) Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
  • Orders are processed after payment verification and stock confirmation.
  • If additional processing time is needed for any order, we will contact you.

3) Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time is typically 3–9 business days for U.S. orders.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit time after shipment: 2–7 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Weather, holidays, peak season, carrier delays, and remote delivery areas may affect timing.

4) Shipping Methods

We ship using major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or similar services, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Some large or heavy items may be shipped by standard freight or LTL service when appropriate.

5) Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

No separate standard shipping charge is added at checkout for eligible U.S. orders covered by this policy.

6) Split Shipments

To improve fulfillment efficiency, items from the same order may ship separately.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

7) Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the package is picked up by the carrier.

If you do not receive tracking information within the normal processing window, please contact us.

8) Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, has missing items, or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

For parcel shipments, please report delivery issues within 3 business days after the package is marked as delivered.

  • Keep the original packaging.
  • Take clear photos of the packaging and item(s).
  • Provide your order number and tracking number when contacting us.

For freight deliveries, please inspect the shipment before signing. If visible damage exists, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos.

9) Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery, additional charges may apply for re-shipment.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. We may be able to update it if the order has not shipped yet.

10) Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may be able to help if the order has not yet entered processing or shipment. Once the order has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
