Welcome to roadwesttruckparts.com. This page explains how we ship heavy-duty truck parts and accessories within the United States – including processing times, transit estimates, local pickup from our warehouses, and important limitations you should know before placing an order.

Service Area – U.S. Only

RoadWest currently ships only within the United States. At this time we do not ship to international addresses, freight forwarders outside the U.S., or export consolidation warehouses.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, shipping is available to physical street addresses in the U.S. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses or hotels. For more details about order eligibility and returns, please review our Easy Return & Refund Policy.

Processing Time

  • Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
  • Some oversized, custom, or special-order items may require additional handling time. Any extended lead time will normally be noted on the product page or communicated by our team.
  • Once an order has entered the shipping process, we may not be able to change or cancel it. Please review your shipping address and items carefully before checkout. If you need help, reach out via our Contact Us page as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times

We primarily ship via major ground carriers (such as FedEx, UPS or similar). Actual carrier and service will be chosen based on your order weight, size and destination.

  • Standard Ground (Free on most orders): typically 1–3 business days in transit.
  • Freight / LTL for oversized items: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on location and carrier scheduling.

Transit times shown on the site are estimates only. Weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, remote locations and other factors may extend delivery time. RoadWest is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us through the Contact Us page and our team will assist you.

Free Shipping & Surcharges

  • We offer free standard ground shipping on most orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
  • Certain products may be excluded from free shipping, including but not limited to:
    • oversized and overweight truck parts (bumpers, tanks, racks, etc.);
    • items that must ship via Freight/LTL only;
    • shipments to hard-to-reach or limited-access locations.
  • Any additional freight surcharges, residential delivery fees, liftgate service, or other carrier accessorial fees will be shown at checkout when possible or communicated to you for approval before shipment.

Warehouses & Local Pickup

RoadWest currently ships from two U.S. warehouses:

  • West Coast Warehouse

  • East Coast Warehouse
    280 Grand St
    Hamburg, PA 19526-1908

Local pickup is available from these locations for qualifying orders:

  • Pickup is by appointment only and must be arranged with our team before you arrive.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup. Please do not travel to the warehouse until you receive this confirmation.
  • Orders not collected within a reasonable time may be cancelled and refunded, less any applicable restocking fees. For details on restocking and refunds, see our Easy Return & Refund Policy.

Split Shipments & Backorders

  • To deliver your order as quickly as possible, items may ship separately from different warehouses. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages.
  • If any item is out of stock or on backorder, we will normally ship the available items first and send the remaining items once they become available, or contact you to offer alternatives or a refund.

Freight / Oversize Shipments

Many large or heavy products (such as bumpers, tanks, racks, body parts and similar items) ship via Freight / LTL carriers.

  • Freight quotes are generally based on delivery to a commercial address with normal business hours and a loading dock or forklift.
  • Shipments to residential addresses or locations without unloading equipment may require additional services (such as liftgate or appointment delivery) and may incur extra fees charged by the carrier.
  • The freight carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. If you miss the appointment, re-delivery fees may apply and are your responsibility.

Inspecting Freight Deliveries (Very Important)

To protect your purchase, please follow these steps when receiving any Freight/LTL shipment:

  • Inspect the packaging and product before you sign the delivery receipt. Look for visible damage, punctures, crushed corners or missing pieces.
  • If there is any damage or shortage, clearly note it on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos of the packaging and product.
  • If the damage appears severe, you may refuse the shipment and contact us immediately through the Contact Us page.
  • If you sign the receipt without noting damage or missing items, it becomes very difficult for us to file a claim with the carrier, and we may not be able to replace the product at no cost.

Damaged, Missing or Lost Packages

  • For parcel shipments (non-freight), please report any visible damage, missing items or delivery issues to us within 3 business days of the package showing as delivered.
  • Keep all original packaging materials and boxes until the claim process is complete. The carrier may request inspection or photos.
  • If a package is shown as delivered but you did not receive it, check with neighbors, family members and your property manager first. Then contact the carrier and our support team so we can help investigate via the Contact Us page.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up from a carrier location, we can reship it after collecting the new shipping charge. In some cases a restocking fee may apply.
  • Address corrections or rerouting requests made after shipment may incur carrier fees, which will be charged to the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information may take several hours to update after the carrier picks up the package. If you have trouble with tracking, you can also check real-time status on our Order Tracking page.
