ROADWEST stands behind the parts we sell. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your purchase is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

How to file a claim
Contact us with:
- Order number
- Product name / SKU
- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
If approved, ROADWEST will provide an appropriate resolution (replacement parts, replacement unit, or refund/credit).

Shipping & Returns
Most ROADWEST orders ship from our U.S. warehouses within 1–2 business days. Standard ground delivery in the contiguous United States is typically 1–3 business days, with freight service used for oversized or extra-heavy parts.
- Shipping area: United States only (no PO Boxes or international addresses).
- Processing time: In-stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days, Mon–Fri.
- Delivery: Standard ground or LTL freight depending on size and weight.
- Returns: Most unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and our return guidelines.
- Costs: Original and return shipping are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue is caused by ROADWEST (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.).

Protect the cab of your Freightliner New Cascadia with the High Soar Truck Floor Mat Seat Floor Liners. These custom fit liners are precisely designed for:
- New Cascadia 126 (2018–2021)
- New Cascadia 116 (2018–2021)
The kit includes driver, passenger and center floor mats, engineered to fit the most common OEM seat bases used in New Cascadia cabs. It is suitable for both day cab and sleeper cab configurations, providing continuous coverage across the front floor area.
In some installations, light hand trimming along raised ribs may be required for a perfect fit. For trucks equipped with a battery box passenger seat, trimming of the passenger mat and center mat is necessary to clear the seat base and battery box shape.
Constructed from high-quality thermoplastic elastomer (TPV), these mats are resistant to cracking, curling and breaking down from daily use. The edges are designed so they will not slouch or crimp, maintaining a snug, clean fit over time.
With all-weather, stain-resistant protection, the High Soar floor liners defend your Cascadia’s floor against mud, water, snow, road salt and jobsite debris. This helps keep the cab cleaner and supports better resale value by preserving the original flooring underneath.
The surface is textured and skid-resistant, offering secure footing when drivers enter and exit the truck. Made from 100% recyclable, odorless materials, these mats provide heavy-duty performance without the strong smell found in some rubber products.
Installation is straightforward: place the driver, passenger and center mats in position, check around seat bases and raised ribs, and trim where indicated for battery box passenger seat applications. For cleaning, simply remove the liners and hose them off or wash with soap and water, then reinstall once dry.
