ROADWEST stands behind the parts we sell. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your purchase is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

How to file a claim

- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
If approved, ROADWEST will provide an appropriate resolution (replacement parts, replacement unit, or refund/credit).

Shipping & Returns
Most ROADWEST orders ship from our U.S. warehouses within 1–2 business days. Standard ground delivery in the contiguous United States is typically 1–3 business days, with freight service used for oversized or extra-heavy parts.
- Shipping area: United States only (no PO Boxes or international addresses).
- Processing time: In-stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days, Mon–Fri.
- Delivery: Standard ground or LTL freight depending on size and weight.
- Returns: Most unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and our return guidelines.
- Costs: Original and return shipping are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue is caused by ROADWEST (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.).

Keep your visibility clear in all weather with the High Soar Upper Mirror Glass with Defrost Heated, engineered for International DuraStar 4300/4400, WorkStar 7400/7600 and ProStar (2006–present) trucks. This is the main upper door mirror glass, designed as a universal-side replacement that can fit either driver or passenger side when correctly matched to the housing.
Equipped with a built-in heating function, this International upper mirror glass helps clear frost, fog and light ice from the mirror surface, supporting safer driving in rain, snow and low temperatures. The high-clarity lens provides a wide, clear rear view, helping reduce blind spots when changing lanes, backing into docks or maneuvering in tight yards.
Produced as an OE-style replacement, the High Soar upper mirror glass is designed to fit and function like the original factory part. When used on compatible International DuraStar, WorkStar or ProStar door mirrors, it can usually be installed using the existing backing plate and wiring connection, making it a practical repair solution for fleets and owner-operators.
