Shipping & Returns
Most ROADWEST orders ship from our U.S. warehouses within 1–2 business days. Standard ground delivery in the contiguous United States is typically 1–3 business days, with freight service used for oversized or extra-heavy parts.
- Shipping area: United States only (no PO Boxes or international addresses).
- Processing time: In-stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days, Mon–Fri.
- Delivery: Standard ground or LTL freight depending on size and weight.
- Returns: Most unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and our return guidelines.
- Costs: Original and return shipping are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue is caused by ROADWEST (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.).

Replace a damaged or worn driver-side door mirror on your International truck with the High Soar Black Door Mirror with Arm Assembly. This mirror is designed as a vehicle specific fit for 2002–2018 International 4300, 4400, 7400, 7600, 8500 and 8600 trucks, using an over-the-door mounting style for a stable, OE-style installation.
The mirror uses a convex lens to provide a wider rear and side view than a flat mirror, helping reduce blind spots when changing lanes, merging, backing a trailer or maneuvering in tight yards. It is supplied as a complete driver/left side door mirror assembly with arm, nuts and mounting plates included.
Built with durability in mind, the mirror cap is made from ABS plastic and the mirror arms are steel, both finished in black to match OEM styling. This construction helps the mirror withstand vibration, road debris and harsh weather in daily commercial use.
The High Soar door mirror assembly is an OE replacement for part number 3686123C91, making it a cost-effective solution when the original mirror is broken, corroded or loose. It mounts to the door using the factory-style locations as a door mount / over-the-door application.
Installation is straightforward for most technicians and experienced owners: remove the old driver-side mirror assembly, position the new High Soar black door mirror with arm, secure it with the supplied nuts and mounting plates, then adjust the convex mirror to cover the critical blind spots on the left side.
