If approved, ROADWEST will provide an appropriate resolution (replacement parts, replacement unit, or refund/credit).

Shipping & Returns
Most ROADWEST orders ship from our U.S. warehouses within 1–2 business days. Standard ground delivery in the contiguous United States is typically 1–3 business days, with freight service used for oversized or extra-heavy parts.
- Shipping area: United States only (no PO Boxes or international addresses).
- Processing time: In-stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days, Mon–Fri.
- Delivery: Standard ground or LTL freight depending on size and weight.
- Returns: Most unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and our return guidelines.
- Costs: Original and return shipping are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue is caused by ROADWEST (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.).

The High Soar 36V 18A LiFePO4 Battery Charger is a high-output 1000W lithium charger designed specifically for 36V LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) battery packs. With an 18A charging current and IP65 waterproof construction, it delivers fast, reliable charging for golf carts, club cars, trolling motors, floor scrubbers, solar energy storage systems, electric yachts and forklifts.
Optimized for 36V LiFePO4 batteries, this charger provides stable output and a smart charging profile to help extend battery life. It is ideal for 36V lithium conversions or replacements where you need a dedicated LiFePO4 charger rather than a generic lead-acid charger.
The charger is equipped with an Anderson connector that pairs with the included M8 terminal cable. You can permanently mount the M8 ring terminals to the battery bolts, leaving the connector in place for convenient plug-in charging without repeatedly loosening and tightening battery hardware.
A built-in 3-color status indicator makes it easy to monitor the charging process at a glance:
- Red/Green flashing: Standby / waiting mode.
- Red flashing: Bulk / low-stage charging (approx. <80%).
- Yellow flashing: Normal charging, nearing full (approx. >80%).
- Solid green: Fully charged (≈100%) – the charger shuts down to avoid overcharging.
To protect both the charger and your battery system, the High Soar 36V charger integrates multiple safety functions, including output over-voltage cutoff, over-current and short-circuit protection, reverse connection protection and input under-voltage shutdown. A dual temperature monitoring design uses an external NTC sensor for ambient temperature plus internal circuitry to detect overheating, helping prevent thermal runaway and improving overall operating safety.
The rugged aluminum alloy enclosure works as a passive heat sink, while the integrated cooling fan and optimized air ducts provide active airflow over key components. This combination significantly improves heat dissipation, supports stable output at high current levels and extends the service life of the 36V charger.
With its IP65 waterproof rating, this LiFePO4 charger is built to handle dust, light rain and damp environments often encountered in golf courses, marinas and industrial sites. Use it to keep your 36V lithium battery packs ready for long days on the course, water or job site.
