We also list OEM or cross-reference part numbers whenever possible.

If you’re still unsure, contact us with your VIN and current part number and our team will help you confirm fitment before you order.

Are your parts OEM or aftermarket? Are they reliable?

We work with multiple trusted manufacturers and offer both OE-style replacement and high-quality aftermarket parts.

Every item goes through the manufacturer’s QC and then a second inspection in our U.S. warehouses before it is stocked.

If it doesn’t meet our standard for finish, specs and packaging, it doesn’t go on the shelf.

We ship from our U.S. warehouses to keep delivery times short and predictable for drivers and fleets.

Do you offer free shipping in the U.S.?

Yes. Standard shipping across the United States is free on eligible orders placed on ROADWEST.

How long does delivery usually take?

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 business day and typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance.

Remote areas may take a little longer. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Can I pick up my order instead of waiting for delivery?

Yes, we support local pickup at selected U.S. warehouses on eligible orders.

After you place your order, we’ll confirm stock and send you pickup details, including address and pickup window.

Do you ship to Canada or Mexico?

Right now our main focus is U.S. shipping.

What happens if the part doesn’t fit my truck or I ordered the wrong item?

If a part doesn’t fit, contact us as soon as possible via email: service@roadwesttruckparts.com.

As long as the item is unused, in resellable condition and within our return window, we’ll help you with a return or exchange according to our Returns Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged or with missing pieces?

Please inspect your shipment when it arrives.

If anything is damaged or missing, take photos of the box and the part and contact us right away service@roadwesttruckparts.com.

We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, refund or other solution as quickly as possible.
