ROADWEST stands behind the parts we sell. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your purchase is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

If approved, ROADWEST will provide an appropriate resolution (replacement parts, replacement unit, or refund/credit).

Shipping & Returns
Most ROADWEST orders ship from our U.S. warehouses within 1–2 business days. Standard ground delivery in the contiguous United States is typically 1–3 business days, with freight service used for oversized or extra-heavy parts.
- Shipping area: United States only (no PO Boxes or international addresses).
- Processing time: In-stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days, Mon–Fri.
- Delivery: Standard ground or LTL freight depending on size and weight.
- Returns: Most unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and our return guidelines.
- Costs: Original and return shipping are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue is caused by ROADWEST (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.).

The High Soar 12V/24V Smart Car Battery Charger is a heavy-duty 0–15A charger and maintainer designed for all common 12V and 24V lead-acid batteries. It works with AGM, GEL, Wet/Flooded, EFB, Calcium, MF and Deep Cycle batteries, making it ideal for cars, trucks, SUVs, RVs, boats, motorcycles and more.
With its intelligent control system, the charger automatically detects 12V or 24V battery voltage, so there is no need to manually switch modes. You can choose between Slow and Fast charge rates and two charging modes: Auto Off Mode for normal charging and Maintain Mode for long-term battery care.
In Auto Off Mode, the charger delivers a strong 0–15A charging current and automatically stops when the battery is full, helping prevent overcharging. In Maintain Mode, it works as an automatic battery maintainer, using pulse current to keep the battery topped up and help restore performance on older, sulfated or deeply discharged batteries once they have reached full charge.
The built-in Repair Mode uses high/low frequency pulse technology to help recover old, idle or stratified lead-acid batteries (above 3V). If a standard charge cycle fails, activating Repair Mode may bring weak batteries back to a usable state and extend their service life. (Please note this cannot revive severely damaged or completely dead batteries.)
For cold climates, the charger includes a dedicated Winter Mode that optimizes the charging curve in low temperatures, ensuring a complete charge even in freezing conditions and helping extend overall battery life. A large LCD display clearly shows charging percentage, current and voltage so you can monitor the process at a glance.
To protect both you and your equipment, the charger provides comprehensive safety protection, including overcurrent protection, overheat protection, reverse-polarity protection, short-circuit protection and spark-free contact. The result is a safer and more efficient charge for your vehicle batteries.
