The ROADWEST LED 4x6-inch Headlight Housing Base with Wire Harnesses is built for classic Peterbilt 378 and 379 trucks running dual 4x6 headlights. Whether you are restoring a work truck or upgrading to LED lamps, this housing provides a solid OE-style foundation.

Each assembly combines a high-durability composite housing with a plug-and-play wiring harness to support 4x6 halogen or LED sealed-beam headlights. It’s an excellent choice when your original headlight buckets are cracked, rusted or hacked from previous repairs.
